No need to rewire the whole line. Wattage runs from 1000W to 2500W, packing serious heat into a small footprint. And that heating element? It sits inside a 300mm quartz tube—a length that gives you plenty of radiant power without eating up your mounting space. Because it’s shortwave, the response is fast. Warm-up is quick. And when you need to dial the power up or down, it reacts on the spot.
What’s Inside: The Details That Keep It Working
The quartz tube can handle sudden temperature shocks and stays clear even when the heat is on. Inside, the halogen cycle keeps the filament stable, so you don’t get that blackening effect. Output stays steady over the life of the unit. There’s also a reflective coating on the inner wall that pushes more energy forward. That means better directional efficiency—and it helps protect nearby fixtures from getting blasted by radiant heat. For the connection, we use an R7s base. It’s practical, easy to wire, stays secure even under vibration, and can take the heat without softening.
