They&amp;rsquo;re designed for those high-intensity jobs where you need heat—and you need it &lt;em&gt;now&lt;/em&gt;.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;The Power Setup&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;We set these to 400V to hit that 2000W mark without blowing a fuse or overloading your control panel. Since most industrial shops run on three-phase power, these should fit right in.&#xA;One quick tip: if you&amp;rsquo;re swapping these into an old oven or a PET blowing machine, double-check your reflector&amp;rsquo;s focal point. If the length isn&amp;rsquo;t a perfect match, you&amp;rsquo;re basically throwing energy away.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;The Build: X-Clips and Quartz&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;There&amp;rsquo;s nothing worse than a lamp shifting during a run. It creates those annoying &amp;ldquo;cold spots&amp;rdquo; that ruin your product. To stop that, we use X-clip mounting. It locks the tube in place, so no matter how much your machine vibrates, the heat stays where it belongs.&#xA;Inside, the halogen cycle does the heavy lifting. It stops the tungsten filament from gunking up the quartz walls. This keeps the light clear and, more importantly, means you aren&amp;rsquo;t replacing the lamps every five minutes.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;Setting Them Up&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;Wiring is easy. You can plug these straight into your PID controllers. For most 625mm shortwave setups, they&amp;rsquo;re a simple drop-in replacement.&#xA;But here is the thing: 2000W in a small space is&lt;strong&gt;intense&lt;/strong&gt;.&#xA;You can&amp;rsquo;t skimp on your cooling fans or heat shields. If your airflow is weak, you&amp;rsquo;re going to melt your wiring insulation or fry the end caps. Also, keep in mind that these things hit full temperature almost instantly.
