Half of the tube has a special coating—half-white. It diffuses and redirects some of the IR energy, giving you a broader, more even spread across the target. The other half stays uncoated, so you get a mix of direct intensity and wider coverage. The ends are built for industrial mounting, with tough ceramic insulators and standardized contacts. Wire it up, drop it in—no custom brackets needed.
Where It Shines: High Heat, Small Footprint
This setup is made for jobs that need fast heat-up and tight control: coating curing, adhesive activation, plastic forming, component drying. The 1500W power density packs a lot of heat into a small space. But with that kind of intensity, your machine has to be ready to manage the reject heat. Here’s the reality: surrounding parts and nearby sensors need proper shielding and some thermal separation.
